No idea. Drunk AF when I watched this. Did not hold my attention at all. South African plantation drama.

A female slave makes a protective doll for the young male owner, which he promptly tosses in a bonfire like an idiot. He wants to marry a young white lady, and his mother opposes it. Meanwhile, someone is killed by, fuck, I don't know, a horse or some shit. Seems sus.

There is a lot of talking. I remain unimpressed. A voodoo priestess with glowing eyes carves a figure on horseback next to a campfire and cackles. The white lady confronts the lady slave, who says that the brother of the young plantation master is collecting the souls of living beings up in the attic. The white lady gets spooked by a painting of a black horse. The slave goes out in the yard and shrieks, but the print is so dark no one can tell what's even going on there. The slaves revolt, hell-bent on killing the reclusive brother, but then get spooked by the sudden neighing of a phantom horse and nothing comes of it.

A cop arrives to investigate, then is killed in the fields by a hooded figure. The slave girl sees it and is pursued, but makes it to a neighboring doctor safely. A second cop arrives, and is informed that the brother has suddenly passed away. The mother, who has been opposed to the marriage between her son and the white lady, tells her that her son is insane, just like all the members of the family throughout history. The white lady freaks out.

Later, she goes downstairs to find the slave murdered. There's a bit about the master's club foot that seems like it should be terribly important, but is quite boring. The master chucks his mother over a railing, then makes his bride-to-be put on a pretty dress. Then he reveals himself to be the crazy brother, having murdered the nice one weeks prior. He keeps the souls he's collected in little glass bell jars. He knocks her out and prepares to extract her soul, too. The doctor arrives just in time. The crazy brother ends up smashing his little bottles and setting the souls free. They, of course, attack him and knock him off the railing, where he dies next to his mother. The closing shot is of a stallion cavorting through a flowery field.

This isn't a very good movie.
